Our delivery partner (DPD) provides tracking facilities online or via their mobile app, tracking details will be provided by DPD via SMS or email only. Please note you are able to change your delivery preferences after your order has been shipped via the DPD app, however please check DPD’s terms and conditions before doing this.

Delivery to Zones A & B usually takes place within 2 to 4 working days*

Delivery to Zones C & D usually takes place within 3 to 5 working days*

*Excl. Weekends & Bank Holidays.

All orders placed after 13:00 are not processed until the following working day.

Delivery times may vary depending on availability, location and other factors beyond our control. For bank holidays and the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

The maximum weight for any parcel we can dispatch is 26kg. Orders weighing over 26kg will be dispatched in 2 or more parcels and may arrive separately.
